Construction Positions
Estimators
Estimators provide conceptual through final price estimating services for complex and challenging construction projects. Our estimators work with the project management team to provide accurate and timely estimates needed to keep projects within budget and on schedule.
Project Managers
Project Managers manage multiple projects from pre-construction through final punch list close out. Project managers are ultimately responsible for ensuring that the project is delivered on time and on budget, and for providing the client with accurate and timely reporting throughout the construction process. Current openings include: New Hampshire and Southern Maine.
Project Superintendents
Superintendents are directly responsible for the supervision, coordination, scheduling, and control of all field activities of subcontractors and suppliers. They oversee project safety and quality control programs in the field, ensuring that the project is built according to contract documents. Superintendents are part of a team that is the direct interface with all field personnel and suppliers and guarantees the client is satisfied with their finished product. Current openings include: New Hampshire and Southern Maine.
Assistant Project Manager
Assistant Project Manager is responsible for processing submittals and tracking project documentation. Assistant Project Manager interfaces with subcontractors and suppliers to assure approved materials are delivered to the project in a timely manner. This position provides support to the Project Manager and Superintendent on construction related activities and issues. Current openings include New Hampshire and Southern Maine.
